My experience was marred by a noisy environment. despite being off-season, I heard loud conversations and noise from garbage collection outside my window. The air conditioning was out of commission, leaving me to deal with a hot room while I was stuck opening windows during bad weather. Additionally, despite the cleanliness, a lingering smell of cleaning fluid was evident, and there were issues with parking, including tickets that didn't work.

The hotel is in a fabulous spot, just a short walk from the stunning Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar and beautiful park views that allow for leisurely strolls along the riverbank. plus, it's surrounded by great dining options like Divino Gastrobar and Los Victorinos for a quick meal after a day of walking around the city.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Room. The decor was lovely, and the bed was super comfy. The massive walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head was a highlight. The location was perfect for exploring all the main sites on foot.

The owner was super responsive to all our questions and even upgraded us to a larger room for our 4 night stay. I loved the chic vibe of the place, it was clean and smelled so good everywhere.

Echoes from the street occasionally disrupted tranquility, though the personalized attention from the staff made up for some of that. The baked goods available were a delightful treat as well.

Just a solid selection for a walk in the evening in Zaragoza with outstanding value. The staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations for local dining spots. Make sure to check out the nearby parks for a nice stroll at sunset.
